EPC Lead Planner & Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced EPC Lead Planner & Scheduler to join our EPC Projects Division at EAG.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and update project schedules (Level 2 and 3) for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases, including client interaction and preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
Monitor and control subcontractors responsible for Engineering, Procurement, Erection, and Commissioning.
Review, monitor, and prepare project schedule summaries, including: Engineering Master Document List (MDL), Procurement Schedule, Expediting Report, S-Curves, Progress & Invoice Weekly and Monthly Reports.
Report directly to top management and the client.
Manage resources across all project phases.
Develop project progress curves based on resources and quantities.
Prepare supporting documentation and detailed schedules for potential claims.
Create detailed construction and commissioning schedules based on performance and quantities.
Prepare project quantity curves.
Lead and manage the planning team assigned to the project.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or a related field.
10 years in project planning and schedulling, and 5 years of proven experience in EPC project, planning and scheduling. Experience in complex industrial projects.
Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
Advanced English (spoken and written).
Desired: Experience in project risk analysis.
Desired: Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
